Age Casters! Are you able to help get nightbot to show !rank on my twitch?

I have tried a few different sets of instructions including this one https://www.aoe2insights.com/nightbot/ but after adding them to nightbot it says it cannot find ranking for user in aoe2insights. And I have triple checked that is the correct user ID (and it does show the rank in aoe2insights when I check). Thanks for your help in advance!!
