Replace boars with iron boars, villager dead unit id becomes a wolf and wolves are switched to Gaia every tick, starting scout chance to go to stand ground when auto scouting, auto farm toggle flipped, walls go to 1 hp when finished, ballistics decreases accuracy to 0, magonels do friendly fire only and super large damage radius, trade generates negative 1 of each resource, certain tree types spawn wolves, certain huntables spawn iron boars.
In imp your castle has a button you can click that instantly turns all your villagers into champions that also counter cavalry.
Archer-line range reduced by 3
Frank cavalry bonus hp increased to 25% in IA.
Huns can build houses, and for free.
Spanish archers take no pop in imp.
Mayans can build stables with 6.5x the hp.
Villagers can garrison in farms, which will attack with a hunters stats.
Monks can convert palisade walls.
Trees run from villagers when chopped.
Obviously lumberjacks would have to work faster to make up for it.
Jaguar warriors get +35 anti-ship damage and can walk on shallow water as well as ground.
Throwing axemen can chop wood at 85% the rate a villager chops.
Teutonic knights can build rams, and attack with their normal attack with +2 range while garrisoned.
Mamelukes can garrison in fortified walls (max of 7), and attack from them with +2 range.
Longboats can be created in dark age at double the cost.
Siege towers go right through walls while empty, and take only one damage from any attack.
Teutonic knights can now build castles.
It would be historically accurate too.
