You know that most of the players from 1400-1600 ELO have like +1000 hr play time and often way more than 1k games, right?
When you know whats really necessary to be decent in the game you probably stop flaming because the other one worked as hard for it as you did and you have to acknowledge the efforts.
You won’t be a very good player overnight.
First step is accepting losing days (that does not mean to be never tilted though, it’s normal to some extent).
