I’ve had my game abruptly shut down twice this week without any notification or alert.
Has anybody else gone through the same thing?
Try disabling official mods
It’s now happened to me 3 times in one week.
All during a ranked match usually about 30 minutes in.
Today it was after 3 full games played and then random crash
Not to me, but I have heard of similar issues.
Has happened once to me.
More than a year ago and never again.
Twice in one week’s span means you need to do some research.
There might be some mods installed that cause the crush.
I hope you never get the same issue again!
I have the exact same issue since the beginning of December.
I have already tried disabling all mods and have updated my PC (including graphics card driver) to no avail.
It has become less frequent but still probably 1/5 games.
What is your graphics card if you don’t mind?
Also you should probably try to verify the local files of your game in Steam, even if it didn’t help me.

It happens to me sometimes, not a ton – maybe 1/40 games
We had our yesterday in a game.
All of us suddenly froze and dropped.
Yeah got the same thing earlier this week!
So official mods (like all the colourfull shit and or polarbearknights) makes this happen?
Yep what fixed mine was sfc /scannow.
My issue was a corrupted .dll file.
Started after the last update.
This has happened in the majority of my games.
I’m at a point where it’s unplayable as I’m sick of getting into castle/imp and then my game crashing.
