Issues with Lag, Stuttering, and Rubberbanding on PC since the Last Update

Have you or any other person experienced a delay or slowdown during games after the latest update?
It’s difficult to describe, but the game seems to pause for half a second and then quickly catch up.
This issue has only occurred since the last update, and it’s making it challenging to perform micro-tasks.
Yeah!!!
I noticed that exactly, but tbf I have only played 2 games of ranked, so maybe was just bad connections…
Normally this is cause by connection issues or an antivirus.
