I, as an inexperienced player, have found it difficult to get back into Age of Empires 2 after not playing for over two decades.
Yeah they’re fucking brutal, always a tiny base/force to begin with versus overwhelming odds.
Lots of multitasking and micro required, not one I would have picked as the first one back!
Le Loi’s campaign takes no prisoners.
The last mission on hard was so damn brutal it seemed unfair.
The Chinese always had a stupid big army they could crush one of your bases with early on.
Once you survived that it was still an uphill battle.
Complete doozy of a campaign.
Gj, did you cheese Moutain siege with cannon galeons or won fair ?
That level is impossible .
