Game Malfunctioning – Assistance Required

Whenever I am playing a game, it randomly crashes after every five games, usually when I reach the mid-castle age.
It is extremely frustrating because I can only play two or three games a day and this keeps happening.
Could someone please help me?
Disable the official mods.
That’s worked for almost everyone else reporting the same issue.
What are the official mods?
It didnt happend to me yet, just to make sure it wont happen
