Flemish Militia can be rewritten as the military force in Flanders, Belgium, made up of citizens trained for the defense of their region.
Only the militia line as others have mentioned.
You can also play the PUP yourself if you want; according to the devs there are still undiscovered changes, so you might have fun looking through the tech trees to see if you find anything new.
To activate the PUP enter the password AwySkFVrXAWrCUukjjnfxjFN under Betas in the Steam properties of AOE2:DE.
