How can I check the in-game latency and frame rates on Xbox during gameplay?
I have been experiencing significant lag recently and I am not sure how to resolve this issue.
Clear the cache on your Xbox.
I have to do it about one a week when it starts lagging.

Is it only in online games, or is it happening in single player as well?
If it happens in single player try quitting the game and restarting it.
Sometimes quick resume on Xbox will make my game stutter after coming back to it.
The lag in online games can be caused by someone else having a weaker system.
If 1 person lags everyone can feel it.
This might be caused by the recent patch.
The new patch isn’t really a new patch.
It’s the same patch that was rolled back because of performance issues.
It seems that the issue wasn’t fully fixed.
