I got Age Empires 2 Definitive Edition on Xbox via Gamepass.
My usual playing style involved engaging in Conquest mode against two to four computer/AI rivals.
However, I cannot locate the option to do so on Xbox.
Perhaps I’m overlooking something.
Can anyone provide some helpful suggestions?
If you’re on OG xbox one they limited it to 2v2 max, however if you delete the game then launch it through xbox gamepass cloud it’ll work 3v3 and 4v4 too.
To set it up simply to go Skirmish then select each empty slot and add an ai
Should be able to go into single player -> skirmish -> then set the AI and teams from that screen.
There’s a team number selection and other than that you can just add more AI players.
Press Y to set match rules like AI difficulty and select the map.
Press X to start the match.
