Which Historical Group Should Receive a “Stone Mines Last X% Longer” Incentive?

I say Sicilians, as to me they are the most stone hungry civ, as to make full profit of bonuses you need 5 TCs, stone to get castles up, stone for donjons…
If it overpowers them, we could consider removing the extra stone from the start

Koreans, Incas or new civ.
longer lasting res is a bonus for a defensive civ, as you can sit on the spots you secured for longer.
Faster collection is aggressive, as it leads to a timing advantage, and a discount is kinda both, but only if you use the discounted thing.
So while incas and koreans look like fitting candidates, giving another stone bonus would probably lead to their current bonus getting a nerf.
All other current civs work fine.
So id say give it to a new civ, preferably one that gets a unique defensive building (like krepost or donjon) too.
Incas, to make them a little more appealing

It would work in tandem with their 20% faster gather rate, and empower tower spamming for longer.
Definitely Ethiopians, will help them send 2694 more Shotel warriors in your base in 45 seconds thanks to the extra stone and castles.
Nobody gets hunt or berries lasting longer either, or fish.
