They are extremely inconsistent and display two different modes when playing.
In mode one, they do not make any serious attacks and their sieges can easily be broken with the use of canon galleons or cavalry to break their single trebuchet.
In mode two, they coordinate simultaneous attacks on several fronts that even pro players would struggle to manage.
The game settings remain unchanged between matches, with only random civs varying, but even within the same faction, such as the Hindus, they can switch between being passive and aggressive.
They spawn units and despite having fewer villagers and resources, they can produce more units than the player.
They also seem to know where the player’s camera is pointed, similar to screen peaking during LAN parties, as they retreat before the player gives orders if they have not breached their defenses by the time the player looks back at their base.
