I recently finished a 3 vs 3 game where I dominated the enemy’s flank, causing them to quit which resulted in 3 vs 2.
My teammates were already in Imperial age while I was still in Castle due to my initial aggressive play.
We were leading by about 20 thousand points, but suddenly my teammates resigned.
I am curious if anyone can explain why they might have done that.
It’s possible they had to go for whatever random reason in real life, or that their games disconnected.
Hard to say, doesn’t seem like a tilted player type move.
to avoid wining elo?
I have it on good authority that the opposition paid them off to throw
20 thousand score difference sounds like a very long game.
Maybe they just got bored?
I had a game yesterday where it was 4v4 arena and two Chinese guys picked one side and completely destroyed enemy flank then immediately resigned when the enemy flank did and we lost 2v3.
In a 3v3 yesterday, we took out one player and were so far ahead our pocket said GG and called it.
The result was inevitable though.
