You use Saracen Cavalry Archers to take out buildings?
They have no bonus against that whatsoever, so you might as well do that with any civilization.

I always have a soft spot in my heart for tarkans.
I love spamming unique units without being limited by my castles, I love never being housed or thinking about houses, i love the extra pierce armor compared to knights and I love that they’re practically as effective as siege units at taking down buildings on a cost adjusted basis.
