I have been playing Age of Empires 2 on my Windows 7 computer for a while, but since a week ago, when I try to launch the game from Steam, it only shows the loading screen and then nothing happens.

I have tried reinstalling the game multiple times, but I can’t seem to run it as an administrator since the option isn’t available.

Since I’m not very tech-savvy, I would appreciate it if someone could help me figure out how to solve this issue.

TL;DR: We cannot fix this, the devs have to fix this.

We can only send requests to give ourselves a voice for it be fixed soon.
