Return of Rome Main Menu bug?

So the Rome main menu seems to be bugged for me, it seems every time I open the game another \[ReturnOfRome\] Main Menu thing appears.
Its really starting to bug me how it fills up my mod menu with nothingness.
Not even the “uneventful mod” works to fix it, not other menu images work it always begins with the same Roman one.
If anyone knows how to fix please tell me.
