What’s the highest number of extremely challenging artificial intelligence opponents (AOE2 DE) someone has defeated alone?
I’m guessing that would be Viper since he did a youtube series on how many he could take on, I haven’t seen any other pro players do the same publicly at least
He beat one of the early iterations of extreme ai 1vs6 but the newest one I think he hasn’t gotten past 1v3 iirc

The new version extreme ai got way better so its not fair to compare them
I did 1v7 vs extreme AI with a cheese strat on Black Forest a year or so ago, might have to try it with the updated AI.
No cheats/handicaps and conquest victory.
There are wins of 1v7 AI
SotL did it on 256 tech mod 11
Otherwise, I saw something with portugese on a amphibian terrain map abusing feitorias, full walls and naval deathballs
I did 1v7 but with settings that allowed me to do so
Nobody can take 3 extreme AIs in an open map Arabia. (the current Extreme AI is way better than the one from 3 years ago)
I have seen all the pros fail miserably vs 3 AIs.
Extreme AIs recover so fast.
However in closed maps like Blackforest It is possible to beat 7 Extreme AI with a civ pick that has siege advantage but that’ll take hours until resources are depleted only the AIs start losing.
