Problem of Removing Garrison from a Place

Have you experienced issues with ungarrisoning rams and transport ships on Xbox?
It appears that rams can be ungarrisoned by holding X, unless they are at full capacity.
However, when they are full, holding X will not work, and it seems impossible to ungarrison them, as holding RT brings up the unit formation menu.
I think hovering over a full ram and tapping X ungarrisons one by one?
Are you using advanced interface?
