Is Your Game Taking Five or More Minutes to Close or Display a List of Saved Games?

I have to wait for around 5 minutes to save my campaign or exit the game.
Could the issue be related to the amount of available cloud storage which is currently at 15.5%?
Has anyone else experienced this problem before, and is it common?
go to aoezone , there is a sofware to clean all your cloud savegames.
Thats probably the reason your game is so slow.

Backup your recs, delete your cloud and everything inside your rec folder.
