Did the HD Version also release its expansion packs?

While browsing through Steam, I came across this image.

So, can it be assumed that AOE 2 HD also got DLCs and expansions?

Yes, selling expansions was one of the reasons for making an HD remake in the first place.

The Forgotten was originally a fan-made mod.

The expansions from AoE2 HD are all pre-DE and included automatically in base DE.

The Last Khans, Lords of the West, Dawn of the Dukes, and Dynasties of India are all exclusive to DE, so the HD edition with full expansions has 10(?) fewer civs than up-to-date DE.

No these expansions are part of base DE

    HD doesn’t receive anymore dlc

HD is dead, those were already kind of part of it though, and they are all just part of DE.

These expansions first came out as DLC for the HD version, but are included by default in DE.

The expansions released since DE are not and never will be released (officially, anyway) for HD.
