I recently purchased the game on console game pass.

I began the campaign, but noticed the voices were different.

Then, I spotted someone who had created a mod for this version.

I am curious as to how mods are added in this console version, as I can only see four.

Am I missing something, or is it only the developers who can bring mods to the console, and community mods are not available?
