Cannot Remove Toolbar at Top of Application When Playing Game – Need Assistance

When I start the game, the toolbar at the top of the window, which includes the minimize, maximize, and close buttons, remains visible.
Even when I try to maximize the window, the toolbar stays in place.
This becomes problematic when I try to move my cursor to the top of the screen to navigate the map, as it hovers over the toolbar instead of moving the map.
I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue and has any advice on how to fix it.
Perhaps it’s related to the resolution or a setting somewhere.
For context, my resolution is set to 1920×1080.
