A new effect has been proposed which adds on to the current one. This effect will reduce repair and building speed by 10% for every attacking militia line unit. Rams which are loaded with longswords and above will have the ability to completely block repair and building activities. It is important to note that this is just a hypothetical idea and is not to be taken seriously.
Yeah, I never understood why villagers can build or repair buildings that are being attacked.
