CPNBUILD is a program used to create Age of Empires campaigns from scenarios.
It can add, replace, delete, extract, list, and change versions of scenarios in campaign files.
It is compatible with wildcards, allowing multiple campaign and scenario files to be affected.
It is free to use and was written by Stoyan Ratchev.
It comes with a full description and help file.
