I have encountered an issue with my computer after it did a large update.

The Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics card is running Driver Version 31.0.101.3358, which I have had issues with before as it causes the game to crash after 10 minutes.

In the past I have been able to fix this by rolling back the driver to an older version, however this time I am unable to do this.

I have downloaded the correct driver version (30.0.101.1994) but I am not sure how to install it.

Is it as simple as uninstalling the device and then installing the new driver, or is there a different way?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hey i have the same problem.

I have downloaded a file called ‘igfx_win_101.1994’ from the intel website and if you run that, an installer opens and it installs the older correct driver and uninstalls the new one.

I cant seem to find this one anymore on the intel website, so maybe download another one which starts with 30.something and run that?
