Give those Persian elephantos vietnamese HP and Burmese piece armour and probably give them frank cav hp bonus and teuton monk resistance
Malay cheaper elephants, berbers cheaper stable units, franks +20% more hp on mounted units, bengalis more resistance to conversions and bonus damage vs elephants.
Or eco civ
Slavs faster farming, poles folwark, sicilians double the food from farm upgrades, teutons cheaper farms.
Can also add chinese teammte for 10% extra food on top.
Chinese extra villagers, Hun house bonus, Lithuanian food bonus and something military related.
Or maybe wood bonus to compensate for no starting wood

To not go with the SOLT approach having specialized civ, I would go with:
* Best eco bonus in the game: free wheelbarrow and handcart (vikings)
* Best archer bonus in the game: +1/+2 foot archer range in caslte/imp (brits)
* Best cav bonus: cav has 20% hp more from feudal (franks)
* Best inf: inf cost -20/25/30/35% per age (goths)
* UU: conqs
* UU 2: longboat
* catles age tech: sipahi (turks)
* imp tech: torsion engines (Ethiopians), drill would be good as well 🙂
Team bonus: trade units generates 25% more gold
– faster moving villagers
– blacksmith techs affect villagers
– fervor and sanctity affect villagers
– vils regenerate hp
UT 1: supremacy
UT 2: flemish revolution (assuming above techs and bonuses affect them too)
Franks HP for Knights;
Berbers discount for stable units;
Teutons armor for stable units;
Viking eco bonus with free upgrades to feed more knights.
Can I have free obsidian arrows four times compounded?
Byzantine trash discount, Goth Infantry discount , Mayan archer discount, and Korean wood discount.
If UT’s are allowed then -25% food cost for military as the Castle UT and Tower Shields for the Imperial UT +2 pierce armor for your spears (that cost 80% less wood and 85% less food in post Imperial age) and Skirmishers (that cost 75% less wood and 80% less food in post Imperial age)
Might need to give it Turk tech tree to stop the game from fully breaking in post Imperial age.
Or alternatively, Vietnamese tech tree if we want to fully break the game.
