As the red Lithuanian player, I have opened one stable with scouts and am already raiding.
I have observed that the Berber enemy has two archery ranges and is well defended.
To make the best move, I should take a look at the screenshots provided for more information.

Second lumbercamp
Two options:
1.
You can easily fully wall yourself, then the archers will do nothing.
2.
You can add skirms and come forward with a tower on that gold.
All those vills will go to the damn hell and Berbers are in big trouble.
How to pick which option?
If the other civ is weak now but stronger later go option 2, if they are strong now but you win late game then go option 1.
Skirms+scouts into crossbows, mounted units aren’t gonna be great vs camels so just use your good archery range in castle/imperial age with winged hussars or pikes.
You raid him where he is open,stop his berries and don’t allow him to make farms.
Meanwhile you make an archery range and blacksmith and once you see how many archers he has (he needs to show the them to stop your scouts) you make enough skirms to deal with that.
Also work on finishing your own wall.
You need maybe 1 skirmisher with armour for every 2 archers he has.
When you are fully walled or generally you feel safe, you go to castle age where you go maybe 3 stable 1 monastery if he continues using archers or 2 stable 2 monastery if he transitions into cavalry as berbers.
Double range without a blacksmith
You can either double down, add a second stable, get the feudal upgrades and add full pressure, and try and prevent that blacksmith, while trying to break the gold.
Or just add a range and make some skirms.
Since your Lithuanians you could also just wall up and go fc into knights.
Skirms or fc knights and skirms
Either add skirms to further try to deal damage, or, co sidering ur commanding scorelead, focus on castle age whilst keeping a mappresence.
