I’d love it if they just got my game playing without crippling lag/ crashes again.
Like the times before the xbox patch.
I’m pretty sure they will fix the pathing (again)
Maybe a small water rework.
I’d love to see that
Alltech mod and removing of unique as new gamemode.
PLEASE have them fix the lobby system!
Mortal Kombat style civ picking where you can see what the other team members are giving on
I know I could probably understand them if I really tried, but I can’t help but sigh in despair at all the acronyms flying around everywherr.
What is LS, BE, SL?
I get SOTL and E (skirm), but really I can’t immediately link these others to their meaning
My bet is that the Big Patch has something to do with the upcoming Return of Rome expansion.
I suppose the DLC will introduce some new mechanics, and these mechanics will require some balance changes, so this patch is preparing the grounds for them.
My another bet is that they will finally make water play interesting.
probably nothing crazy.
Maybe they try one thing which will make a civ really strong for one patch cycle, but everything else will be small number tweaks.
Personally id like to see food cost reduction for the siege onager upgrade, so it becomes more viable for 1v1.
Maybe throw in some extra conversion resistance for elephants.
Maybe some reworks to some forgotten civs in similar way that Indians were changed to Hindustanis.
If so my money is on Slavs and Persians.
I’d like to see more cosmetic changes too, like changing Bohemian architecture to Central European and regional skins for monks.
Certain factions gain the ability to produce sheep instead of farming.
Prob broken but feels like a thing the English would do well with.
My wishlist:
* Longswords, rams and siege towers buff.
* Not used much UUs buff.
* Auto unit production, You could just press one button in the building interface and that building would keep creating that unit until you tell it to stop.
Like Age of Mythology.
* Unique castle graphics for all civs.
* Auto groupings for military units.
For example, you could specify that all knights get automatically added to group #1 and monks to group #2.
* Multipoint gather point, so you could specify a path for units so as they comeout they could avoid certain area , for example a castle.
* Ability to setup gather point for buildings in construction.
* Default stance per type of unit created.
So Knights come up in aggressive stance, while archers come out in stand ground.
* Auto gather point for villagers.
Instead of setting the new gather point in the specific resource manually, you could just set up to what resource the next villager should go and the villager chooses the closer source.
It could differentiate between different sources of food, so sheep, farms and berries would could be set up independly.
* Dedicated auto house builder.
So you just tell one villager to keep building houses until reaching population cap.
The houses wouldn’t be built as house-walls.
I am much more concerned about Mayans.
Why are they never considered in nerf discussions?
It’s like everyone just agrees that they should be the strongest civ forever.
