In my opinion, certain bonuses or unique traits (UTs) can be useful in providing civilizations with extra resources.

This can be done through bonuses such as the Polish Stone mining bonus, the Portuguese Forager bonus, Burgundian Vineyards, and Paper Money.

These bonuses can provide a small but steady stream of resources to a civilization.

For instance, I think it could be interesting to have a bonus that would allow Gold Miners to generate Stone, albeit in a very limited capacity.

The ratio of Stone to Gold would need to be very low to ensure that Stone remains a precious resource.

A ratio of 1 Stone per 12 Gold mined (about 67 Stone per 800 tile of Gold) could be appropriate.

Fisherman (exclude fishing ship) generates gold.

A little help on nomad and other hybrid maps, a LOT help on those with shore fishes, and no effect on land map.

Now that I put it that way not sure it’s still a good bonus with so much map dependency.

Inca castles should generate a gold trickle.

American civs are super gold heavy and the other two get extra gold.

I’m not gonna attempt to have a historic justification for it I just think it’d be dope.

    Something something pearls something something.

Working fishing ships generate a trickle of gold.

Edit: might not be clear, but it should be a UT, otherwise seems a bit OP on hybrid/water maps for getting gold income for early feudal water fights.
