Does anybody have any idea why a strange face appears on the loading screen at times instead of the usual one?

Cant be bothered to look it up yourself?
It’s only the first result when you google “aoe2 weird face”, I know it’s difficult to find.
It also appears when you reverse image search your screenshot, but that’s a niche gadget that shouldnt be used on image related questions ever.
