What is the Quality of Automation on the Controller?

Will the game automatically decide what build orders to use?
Will it automatically produce units and manage resources?
Will it automatically make decisions like boar lures and deer pushes?
I’m early into it so someone can correct me if I’m wrong, but so far it seems to just be a way to delegate villagers to gain resources automatically depending on what you’re wanting to do.
Still have to manually build buildings, produce new villagers/army, upgrade, etc.
It’s like a pie chart and they’ll split accordingly to nearby resources
I think you can choose it when you set up a game
Whether you want to play crossplay or not.If you want to ban xbox players from the game, you can.
Are Xbox folks playing against computer players?
Don’t want to be playing nerdy ass computer sweats.

I need to mess around with it a bit more but when i use it it usually screws up my eco balance to all heaven.
I prefer to do it mostly manually.
Its so funny, I’m 1.1k elo on pc yet im skunking everyone i’ve played so far.
Console good?
Instead of crying about it, simply turn off crossplay…
Hera posted a short video about it on yt demonstrating how it works and why pc players shouldn’t be worried about it.
If anything the console automation can hurt your economy and limit the kinds of strats you can do.
The micro in combat is where it will really suffer, and jumping your screen back and forth between economy and military seems impossible.
If console players play ranked they will be incentivized to turn off the feature to play cross platform as they will be at a disadvantage.
Even with mouse and keyboard, the level of automation the console does is not going to be generally good against even 900 ELO players from what I can tell.
It’s just better to have total control and be able to manage everything yourself.
This is my biggest concern about the port, and why I’m of the opinion that the whole concept was poorly thought out, but unfortunately, when I said it before, I was downvoted to oblivion.
