? What is the Purpose of the Clan Browser?

I am attempting to search for clans, however it seems to be stuck in an endless loop.
Could it be due to the fact that I am already a member of a clan?
Last information I read is that, every click on Clan screen takes like 30 minutes to react.
If you want to leave a Clan, click on “Leave Clan”, leave the game open for 30 minutes and it should work.
I haven’t tested myself, and I’m not sure if it will work or my laptop suspending will interrupt the process
