I really take pleasure in watching ladder matches of players in the 1100-1300 range, particularly those who play as the Malian civilization.
It’s always cool to observe the strategies employed by players who use the same civ as me.
I’d like to give a special shoutout to WhitePhoshorous, who may not be on Reddit but I’ve seen them pull off a full Malian infantry flood in the Castle Age numerous times.
It’s a never ending stream of militia line into the enemy’s base and xbow army that’s both amusing and leaves their opponent with very little time to breathe without harassment.
It may not always work, but it’s hilarious when it does.
Chances are, if you see someone spectating a Malian picker, it’s probably me.

How do you spectate games?
not saying you should stop but I have had some people quit against me cause they think a third party spectator is my friend to “screen cheat” lol, u ever seen these interactions while watching a game?
