I’ve been trying to locate my profile on the game’s ranking page but couldn’t find it.

I even searched for my Elo score, but it returned with no results.

I’m not sure if this is a common issue as I haven’t found any information about it despite searching on the website, forums and Google.

Can you assist me with this problem?

You need to play 10 games until you’re listed on the ladder.

If you’re playing xbox, you’re out of luck.

There is no stats site which implemented controller ladder afaik.

In addition to 10 matches, you need to have at least 1 match in the last 28 (or 14?

not sure now) days.

Also, I am not experienced with aoe2companion specifically, but other similar sites have separate searches for 1v1 and tg ladder, so it is maybe possible that it only looks at the 1v1 ladder or you need to set it to search the tg ladder.
