Terrible Storytelling on Xbox

I’m so excited to be able to play this game on Xbox and when I finally do, I’m met with some of the worst computer narration I’ve ever heard.
I’ve tried all the settings to turn it off and lower the volume, but I’m still stuck listening to this outdated robotic voice.
Is there something I’m missing here?
It’s separate from the normal narration.
you have to scroll all the way down to tooltips narration and turn the two options off there
