Yes, this seems like a good plan to counter the TC drop.
Researching the TC drop as soon as possible is key, as well as sending your villagers to a safe location.
It is important to never delete your TC and make the opponent spend villager idle time in their TC to shoot it down.
Getting to feudal age quickly is essential for the market to buy stone to rebuild the TC and start a military.
Building a military to deny further TC drops and siege to take down the forward TC are also important steps.
Having a market to constantly sell wood and buy food and stone is also very helpful and can make all the difference in the end.
Well I hope you didn’t consider option 4 during your game 11 It’s obviously correct not to delete your tc just as it’s correct not to delete your vils when they are being attacked.
Btw 5 is wrong.
Don’t go feudal.
Just keep your tc producing and rebuild after it went down.
You’ll have the vil advantage and should be in a good position.
Going feudal is the way to lose vs tc drop.
5 is where you fall apart.
Going to feudal asap against a douche is the absolute last thing you should do.
You obviously need to eventually but going up to feudal right away gains little while obliterating a decent chunk of the eco advantage you have from him deleting his TC and wandering across the map to douche.
Rule number 1 is : don’t try to block the tc drop with buildings, it never works and you look like an idiot
