Does Xbox provide voice chat for Age of Empires 2 through Xbox Game Pass?

I have the PC version of the game and it appears that the opponents can hear me communicating with my friends on Discord.

Is this feature accessible through the Xbox Game Bar?

I attempted to join an Xbox lobby but could not locate the voice chat option.

Does anyone know how to turn it off?

To turn it off go to your computers microphone privacy settings and disable age of empires.

It may not work right away.

I had to turn off the allow desktops apps and back on.

Afterwards had to go back into discord and reset mic setting at the bottom of the live and video menu
