Take Free Stone Mining Upgrades from Bohemians and Give Them to Saracens.

It appears that Saracens are still trying to find their groove.
Unlike other civilizations who did not have the luxury of free upgrades for mining stone, Saracens have the ability to convert this into other resources using their market.
This means that the stone bonus can help them erect castles, create more town centers or even train mamalukes in great numbers.
The Saracens have more uses for this than any other civilization.
On the other hand, Bohemians are facing a series of challenges with frequent nerfs.
Though balancing the houfnice helps them on Black Forest, a better alternative would be to eliminate their free stone mining upgrades bonus.
Lastly, since Bohemians incur -100 wood while building blacksmiths and universities, it would be a great idea if Saracens had the same disadvantage while constructing monasteries and markets.
In the past, Saracens used to be skilled at a monk siege rush, hence the existence of madrasah.
They could incorporate this as a civilization bonus and perhaps eliminate other bonuses.
Market is alredy cheaper.

I don’t think this is going to fly at all.
Both civs are pretty much perfect as they are.
Bohemians have been nerfed around 5 times since they were introduced and they’ve always been near bottom five on open maps.
Let them have what they have.
Meanwhile Turks have been one of the best arena civs for two years now and have even been buffed in that time.
