Store Hotkeys for Steam in the Cloud?

I have customized my hotkeys as I want them, however I am uncertain if this configuration is stored in the Steam Cloud which would enable me to have the same settings if I ever switch computers or delete the game. Is there any way to be sure that my hotkey setup is saved to the Steam Cloud? I am aware that I could save the config file, but I would prefer to have it automatically download the next time I install the game on a new computer. Could you tell me where the config file is located?
they are saved both locally and on cloud
they do get transfered on new machine
local: c/users/you/games/aoe2de/a-bunch-of-numbers/profile/yourhotkeyfile.hki
