Reworking the Flemish Revolution

It would be interesting to create a game mode similar to supremacy, but with a twist where the villagers become regular patrollers.
Supremacy can be challenging due to the need for individual micro capabilities.
Therefore, introducing a feature where Burgundian villagers can patrol and perhaps cause extra damage to buildings would create an enjoyable and competitive play mode.
So basically better supremacy?
Why not make it a real revolution and turn like 10% of your opponents vils into your own militia, that would be funny.
Maybe with a warning when starting the tech and longer research time.
There are many other ways to go about nerfing it even more too, make them take slightly more than 1 pop so the time to start making more vils is extended.
They get negative infantry armor, a unique armor class, archer armor, spearman armor etc.
I dont think that dealing with them through making vils just straight better than supremacy is a good way to do it.
Its also easily a way to make them useless if done improperly, burgundians lacking an imp ut is the scneario then.
