I’m having an issue with my game crashing when I’m playing with a custom team online. Is there any advice to help stop this from happening? Are there any logs I can look at to try and figure out the problem? Any help would be appreciated.
When the game crashes, you should get a memory dump file (with `.mdmp` extension) in `C:Users[YOUR WINDOWS USERNAME]GamesAge of Empires 2 DElogs` (with the date and time of crash in the file name). That’s unlikely to be useful to you directly, but that will be of great help to the developers if you can attach it [to your bug reports](https://support.ageofempires.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001706471).
We’re already tracking this issue with crashes. Something that seems to help some players is to disable mods, but this doesn’t work with everybody. Sorry about this.
