Obtaining Arena Despite Its Prohibition

I’ve personally messed this up in the past by e.g., banning it in empire wars but checking the box for random map (or banning in teams but queueing for 1v1 for example).
The favorites and bans for all modes are separate (you probably already know that, but stating it just in case).
Double check your settings and if you’re sure you’re getting it for the same mode you’re queueing up then report a bug.
Unbanning and rebanning a banned map fixed it for me.
