Is Anyone Else Unable to Earn the “Art of War Medal” Achievement?

I’m perplexed by the fact that I am the only one with the issue of not being able to unlock the most basic challenge.
Even though I have already won several of the difficulties, some with a gold medal, and have been able to gain the corresponding achievement, this one challenge still eludes me.
Does anyone else have this issue and any advice to offer?
I also can’t unlock this, and didn’t manage to unlock the 5-villager-queue and autoscout ones.
How did you get them?
I supposed they were bugged.
I haven’t even been able to get into an Art of War game, I get a crash to desktop in the video before it starts
