I wanted to make a map to play with my friends in Canada, so I created the map and saved it. I created the necessary folders and saved the file into them. I then zipped it, found a war photo online, uploaded it, and found it in the game. I added it to my mods, and found it under installed mods, but noticed there was a red exclamation point next to it instead of a box. What did I do wrong, and what else do I need to do in order to complete it? The map is called Black Forest Slow.
Is it a random map script, or a custom scenario? If it’s an RMS, it should have a different file path.
You don’t need to do steps 3-6. Steps 1 and 2 are sufficient. Then, when you host a game for your friends, you can select ‘Custom Scenario’ as game type and select the scenario you created. Your friends will automatically download it.
