How Did Hera Lose a 1v1 Scout War with Just 6 HP Remaining?

This video clip starts at 2:37:02 (15722 seconds).It shows two scouts, one belonging to Hera and the other to Liereyy, both with 26 and 23 hit points respectively.
Both scouts do 5 damage per hit and manage to reduce each other’s hit points to 6 and 3 respectively.
However, the next hit Hera’s scout dies while Liereyy’s still lives.
This is strange since Liereyy’s scout was attacking slightly before Hera’s.
How could this be possible with only one hit?
CaptureAge displays HP values differently than the game does.
CA rounds them, the game truncates them.
So it looks like `5.5 <= Scout HP < 6`.
When the other Scout does 5 damage, the Scout’s HP drops below 1, killing it.
If you watch the rec back in game, you should see the Scout’s HP displayed as 5.
You could go and watch every hit to check hills and see when the bonus damage was applied to track the HP precisely.
