If you’re familiar with top level players at all, TheViper had an account called “The Lefty” where he played with just his mouse and using his left hand because of an injury with his right wrist.

There’s probably videos of those games from his POV on youtube, I don’t think he really focused on optimizing his gameplay with this account but it will show you how a really successful player makes it work with that kind of setup.

I play at high level and have done some mouse only challenges before.

I can probably beat around 1200 consistently with mouse only, so you can definitely still play some fairly competitive games with 1 hand.

I guess setting up your keyboard to have a few important hotkeys near the mouse would be good.

Things like select all x building and create unit hotkeys are pretty important.

If your mouse has extra buttons, those will help immensely.
