Lately, my game has been crashing after around 30 minutes of playing.

It started a couple of weeks ago, happening only occasionally, but now it’s happening almost every time.

I’ve tried disabling all mods, verifying my game files, but nothing has worked.

My friend who doesn’t play often doesn’t have the same issue as me, but if we try to play a multiplayer game against AI, we both get kicked out after the loading screen.

I was thinking of reinstalling the game, but I did some research and it looks like other people are having the same problem.

Has anyone else experienced this, or have any solutions?

I had the same issues, i read that it may be a memory leak of the game.

So aoe2 writes data to your windows page file.

When it is full, your game crashes to desktop with no notification or log or what so ever.

There is actually a kinda fix to this, but it will not work in 100% of the cases.

I experience crashes like 90% less often after the hack.

I have the exact same issue.

After feudal age and such, the game gets so incredibly laggy.

The latest maintenance update screwed everything up
