•Bengalis (+60 free vils) + (No bonus damage)
•Khmer (No building requirements) + (100% faster Eles)

If the opponent haven’t gone for the same Instant up time strat, their fighting with dark age vils or feudal spears.

Trade carts are free and produce 100% food, but honestly it’s not needed.
Most games are done sub 10mins before most other strats have reached their potential.
Also we some time switch out Khmer for Incas for free castle spams, which with 60 free vils we can all drop castle on the enemies TC in the time it takes to walk to the enemy TC which is usually their dark age.
Being able to build castle prevents walling.
Incas remove the housing issue also with max pop after 2 houses. 10x free llamas is also nice & forwards castling with armoured vils is just hilarious.

And sometimes Gurjaras due to 250% Ele creation time and +400% bonus vs building on Battle Ele & Siege Ele.
I don’t understand you tier list.
Most of your bottom picks are top picks for me:
– Hindustanis: free villagers.
– Chinese: free technologies.
– Spanish: instant buildings.
– Persians: instant villager production and age up.
With such a team, a few minutes after the game started you could be stomping your opponents’ bases with 200 Supremacy + Sappers villagers and 600 Sappers villagers.
I might have, but there is a problem with what you are trying to do.
In 4v4 10x shared civ, the civ combos are more important than civs themselves.
One of your top civs, Italians are worthless by themselves.
They are a solid F tier.
But combine them with malay, and now you have something.
But, you can change the criteria to be the tier list irrespective of every other team in the group.
In that case, Bengalis and Chinese and A tier at the very least.
its hard to make a tier-list because a lot depends on synergy in this mod.
for example, malians are S tier if you pair them with goths, because you can just spam houses/barracks immediately to spam militia.
or teutons, if paired with poles for the free farms, i also OP.
for sure though, top tier is persians/goths/poles/saracens
Franks + Persians is insane, 5800 hp war elephants that move at warp 2.
Monks are the main counter, but yer screwed if you let them mass.

byz is very underrated, wall up early, they can’t break through, get to fu catas, stop through everything, each hit is a tactical nuke.
Here’s the problem with this tier list…
the only fun way to play this map is gambling with random teams.
Most civs can be OP with the right team bonus
