Does the Technology Tree in the Menu Function Properly on Xbox?

When I press the button, all I see is a blank display.
Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this strange issue?
Trying to look up solutions on my mobile device is difficult, so I would really appreciate it if the problem could be solved quickly.
It was happening to me .
And I wasn’t hearing any “battle sounds” I just quit out if the game to the xbox menu, and boot it back up again,and it works
Do you still have this issue?
