Teammates are smart. Just avoiding the inevitable losing streak that comes when your elo gets higher than your skill.
I am one of these ppl. Especially if it happens multiple times in a row.
I used to try having 1 person resign from my team to balance out the match. But there’s a good chance the ppl who left were way different elo and the matchmaking has been thrown off.
